Caleb was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was doing a relocation for work which meant buying and selling at the same time. Slightly different rules must followed. Caleb didn’t miss a beat with catching details of the process, and was creative in finding solutions. I couldn’t be onsite for inspection so he did it and we did web meeting so I could hear results. He was instrumental in making sure all the change orders were done on time. I think paint was drying as the movers showed up! But I love my new home and I think Caleb’s insights really helped me find the right fit. Highly recommend!
